The stark contrast between my experience with the first GM dealership and Maverick is unbelievable. The first dealership was a stressful, draining ordeal. Maverick, on the other hand, was patient, efficient, and understanding. He waited for me to resolve the other situation, and then delivered on my dream car – a car I've longed for since I was 15 – at a fantastic price. It's a testament to the power of excellent customer service.
